February is Carnival time and Carnaval de Rio (February 9th), Trinidad and Tobago Carnival (February 12th) , Mardi Gras in New Orleans (February 13th) and Carnevale in Venice, Italy (February 13th) are some of the world's most famous Carnivals! These events are an explosion of music, food, dance and costume.
