How to make a beautiful paper flower crown for Cinco de Mayo

Make a gorgeous Frida Kahlo-inspired flower crown for Cinco de Mayo, just using paper!  All you need is Happythought flower templates printed on to white card stock, paints, scissors, a glue stick and tape.

First paint and cut out your flowers

The craft pack includes a tutorial and templates for two methods of flower making - stacking full flower templates or applying individual petals to a circular base.

Next paint the headband template and apply your paper flowers to the base.

Secure your paper crown with a little tape at the back and you are good to go!

Have a go yourself! This papercraft flower crown is part of our Cinco de Mayo Craft Activity pack.

Best wishes,
Ellen and Harry
